We just added a new Manage Phone Calls module in the Contacts Web App.
Right from within your Contacts Web App, you can now with one click:
- Log a Call: just select a contact person and add some text about the call you just had.
- Schedule a Callback: select a contact person and a date, to get notified when you have to call back this person.
The Manage Phone Calls page also displays in one simple, convenient screen:
- the list of scheduled phone call tasks: simply click on the contact name to get access to his contact info and even initiate a phone call with Skype
- the most recent list of call logs
The list of scheduled phone call tasks will also appear in your Tasks application, and also in the Contact Details page. And the call logs will appear in the Notes Application and in the Contact Details page.
And of course, you can do the same thing with your mobile phone with Upvise. Simply go to the Contacts App and select Manage Phone Calls.
