We have recently added the Upvise Tasks application to all Upvise Business accounts. You can now get things done even more quickly and efficiently. Manage all your tasks in one single view, including project and contact-related tasks. Assign tasks to your co-workers. Create task lists. On the application home screen on your mobile, tasks are grouped in one convenient list by due date, i.e Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week and Later, so that you know instantly what needs to be done first. You can also browse tasks by Priority, Owner, Project, Contact, Company.
New users get the application at account creation, and for existing users the application has been automatically added to your business account. All the tasks that you had already created under Projects or Business Contacts continue to be accessible via these two applications, and are now also listed under the new Tasks application.
An update to Upvise version 2.1 is required. The features of this new version include alphabetical sorting of lists on your mobile, a new date edit screen with easy snooze functionality to update due dates, projects and tasks can now be linked to multiple contacts or companies (limited to only one previously).
