In the Tasks web app, go to More Button > Edit Task Templates.

• You can create simple Task Template but also a Task Group, containing a list of task templates.
• Use the rank field to define in how many days the task is due.

Then you can use the New Task button on mobile and on the web when you are in Contacts, Companies or Opportunities and instantiate either single predefined tasks or the task groups, which creates the list of tasks linked to the current record.

In Contacts:

• there is a new New popup toolbar button which now lets you create a New Contact, Company, Group or Region
• In the View Contact or View Company page, The Attached File function is now relocated under the New popup button 
• To manage Groups & Region, go to the More button > Edit groups & Regions
• The Mass Mailing Tool function has been moved to the Send button. If you are in a group, it displays directly the list of emails for this group.

In Projects:

• There is a New toolbar button in the project view page, which lets you create a New Task, Issue, Milestone or File.

• On the Web Interface, click on the Group By button > Probability
• On your mobile, go to Opportunities, then tap More View menu item > Probability

1) Go to the Contacts app
2) Click on More popup button > Options
3) Check the “Voice Input” checkbox, then Save

When you edit a field , e.g. in Edit Contact or Edit Company screen, you can click on the small gray microphone icon to enable voice input.

• New toolbar, with no background and much nicer buttons and push buttons.
• Regrouped multiple buttons into button popups in all major web apps

• The main button action is now in blue

you can now search for custom field values in opportunity, lead, quote or products in the web interface

1. Define Custom fields for your Opportunity, Quote, Lead or Product: tap on More button in the Toolbar > Custom Fields
2. Edit an opportunity, quote, or product and enter some custom field values
3. You can now search for all records matching your custom field values from the unified, instant search field on the top of the screen

• When editing an opportunity, the probability field is now a combo box instead of edit box, making it easier to quickly to type in.
• When adding products to a quote, the description field of the product is now copied over to the quote. You can edit it afterwards. It also appears in the PDF Quote export file.
• In Chrome & Safari $ amounts are now correctly formatted and have thousands separator.
• You can see Past Sales amounts, by month & by owner : in the Sales Forecast, Past Sales button

You can download the update directly from the Android Market on your phone/tablet.

It helps organize companies with several contacts and helps identify who the primary contact is and who was there and has left, without deleting them.

1. On your computer go to your Upvise account at: https://www.upvise.com/uws
2. Go to the Contacts app and click on the More button in the toolbar, then click Custom Fields
3. Create a new Custom Field for Contacts
4. in ID field : enter type (make sure there is no white space, comma or semi-column)
5. in Label field, enter Type
6. in the Type combo field, choose: Select
7. in the Options field, enter: Primary|Retired|No Longer Here
8. Click Save.

That’s it, now you can edit any contact on the Web or on your mobile and fill in the correct value for this new custom field
