Unfortunately the Java platform on Samsung E200 does not currently allow applications to access the SMS inbox programmatically, so we can't do much in terms of importing your SMS text. But hopefully this will be available in future version of Java/J2me!

Import/export contacts from SIM and phone memory is an amazing feature. Currently, I am using Upvise 2.0 on my Samsung E200 mobile. All the features (like Wikipedia, Contacts, Notebooks, Shopping Lists, RSS News etc) are working correctly on my mobile but now I want a very important feature i.e Import / Export text SMS from SIM/ phone to my web account through GPRS connection just like Contacts.
I have unlimited GPRS fixed plan. So, I am not worried about data usage cost. Please include this feature because till date, there is NOT any JAVA mobile application which can backup SMS through GPRS.

Note: Samsung E200 does not support COPY/ Paste text from SMS. So, Import/ export SMS feature is the only solution for my mobile.

And thanks a lot for making this freeware application!

Hi
I think it is great. I needed a note application bad for my G1, tried mobile me
But their cloud only worked well with iphone. Because I switch phones often
An email additional would make it tops for all my needs.

Great Job!

Hello,

i've been trying your solution quite a while...
It's a very nice, easy to use and solid solution. Especially the mobile device client (I use Blackberry).

I can say it's almost a complete solution but there is a minus. An email integration.
That's all is missing for upvise to be a dealbreak.

For me it's critical to have an email channel communication integrated into the collaborative solution i will use.

Please let me know if you plan to introduce email integration within your solution.

Thank you
